During the 4th European Congress of Local Governments a varied program was implemented, which consisted of five thematic paths, covering over 60 events: program blocks, reports, panels, workshops, lectures, presentations and a gala.
Over 2,000 people took part in it – local government leaders and regional elites, representatives of state administration, the world of business, culture, NGOs, media from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
