Novastar MX6000 PRO

Professional LED controller for large-scale LED video walls

The NovaStar MX6000 Pro is a professional 8K LED display controller designed for large LED video wall systems. The controller belongs to the NovaStar COEX control system series. The system supports 12-bit color processing, HDR, and 360 Hz signal capability. These parameters enable precise brightness control and consistent colour reproduction across large LED installations. The controller also supports real-time multi-screen scaling and zero-frame latency. These features are important for broadcast production, XR environments and live event workflows. The NovaStar MX6000 Pro LED controller uses a card-based modular architecture. Input and output cards can be configured according to system requirements. The controller supports up to 32 × 4K inputs or 8 × 8K inputs. The maximum processing capacity reaches 141 million pixels, allowing control of very large LED video walls.
Up to six input card types are available, supporting 8K, 4K and VoIP signal formats. For signal output, the controller supports 4 × 10G fiber ports or 1 × 40G fiber port. The system also allows 1G or 5G bandwidth configurations depending on the LED control system setup.

Redundancy and signal protection

The NovaStar MX6000 Pro supports both device-level and card-level redundancy. If a hardware failure occurs, the system automatically switches to the backup device or output card. The controller also generates system alerts for operators. NovaStar MX6000 Pro integrates with NovaStar VMP control software for centralized configuration and monitoring. The platform manages signal routing, screen mapping and system status within complex LED video wall installations.
